Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Oconnel & Co purchase. If for any reason you are not, please refer to our policies:

• Return Period: You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
• Return Conditions: The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and include all accessories.
• Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
• Refunds: Once the returned item is inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
